Late Mr. Abdul Fahim
Managing Director
Late Mr. Abdul Fahim has been the Managing Director since he took over in 1987. He had more than 40 years of experience in the industry and has been the driving force of Modern Electric. Today, Modern Electric still operates on his values, morals and principles.
M. L. Fahim (Mrs)
Director/Secretary
Mrs. Fahim is the pillar of strength of Modern Electric. She is the lady behind the scene looking after general accounting and financial affairs. She has over 30 years of experience in the industry.
Shaveer Abdul Aziz
Operations Director
Abdul Shaveer is the eldest son of Mrs. and late Mr. Abdul Fahim. He joined the team in 2004 as an Apprentice. Shaveer is a licensed electrician and an executive of NECAF. He is in charge of human resources, OHS, quality assurance and project management including estimation and planning.
Shameer Abdul Aziz

Projects Engineer
Shameer is the second eldest son of Mrs. and late Mr. Abdul Fahim. He is a licensed electrician and holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Auckland University of Technology (AUT) in New Zealand. He is also a member of Engineers Australia (EA) and Fiji Institute of Engineers (FIE).
